This is a very common question! We offer an inexpensive ‘check-over’ service when your vehicle is out of its new car warranty where we look at your fluid levels, inspect hoses and seals for any wear and tear that could lead to issues, assess tyre wear and check your brakes. If your filters and fluids do not need changing, we don’t change them. You will leave with the peace of mind knowing that your car is safe and mechanically healthy until your next service.
Absolutely! Should you request it, we will provide a written quotation outlining all parts and labour needed to complete your service or repair.
Some are manufactured by the same supplier and may even be warrantied longer than original equipment parts. Aftermarket parts supplied by Alderley Automotive meet or exceed manufacturers’ specifications.

Yes, we will service your car to the manufacturer’s specifications (log-book) and by using genuine parts we are able to maintain your new car warranty.
Yes, we are a registered repairer for most fleet organisations including Q Fleet.
Yes, we have courtesy vehicles available for special circumstances (bookings essential). We are also part of the FleetCrew Group which is a vehicle hire company. Customers of Alderley Automotive receive a 10% discount on all retail hire rates of FleetCrew.
Before Alderley Automotive commences any work, we will give you a verbal or written quote of mechanical work required and associated costs – you are always in control of the cost and will not get a nasty surprise.
